Meet Dr. Joel Ehrlich

Dr. Ehrlich is president of Global Executive Coaching. He is a licensed clinical psychologist with 30 years experience with every facet of human potential development.

With clients all over the globe, Dr. Ehrlich was among the pioneers who utilized the phone as a primary time saving tool for coaching executives in the privacy of their office or home.

Our Philosopy   

At the core of personal Executive and Management Coaching as well as corporate consultation is the ability to accurately and completely identify the following areas in our clients:

  1. Innate talents, strengths, competencies, emotional intelligence factors and stress points of both individuals and corporate team.

  2. Assessing current corporate culture and the degree it is able to maximize employee talents within it's present context.

  3. Action plans are then put together with desired goals to expedite the quickest, most realistic course toward achieving stated goals.

All coaching is considered a team effort, making sure that goals are agreed to and verified as accurate by the client, as well as settling on the best and fastest way for reaching them. This requires a close, personal relationship that holds to a mutual accountability.

The majority of our work is done by phone, e-mail and fax, making for limited physical constraints. This work is done with the highest level of confidentiality. The speed and efficiency in terms of reaching agreed to goals will depend upon mutual accountability.

Dr. Ehrlich utilizes an assessment tool referred to as Enneagram Technology™, one of the most in-depth reads of a personality one could ever get in terms of detailing one's innate talents, strengths and motivational drives.

So in-depth and accurate is this method that Dr. Ehrlich, once learning what a company specifies as success in any particular area, can actually set up a prototype of what the most successful and productive employee would look like in that particular position. Dr. Ehrlich then teaches you how to immediately assess the innate talents and characteristics you are looking to hire.
